This picture was taken at the Bryan Center on Duke's campus. Do you want to understand gridlock? Understand that at places where I am supposed to be learning, I am constantly being reminded by my fellow students that I am "less than" because of my gender. Understand that I am being harassed by images like this in a place where I'm supposed to be becoming the leadership of tomorrow. American universities need to fix hateful language like this in their students before they can ever hope to produce students who are capable of interfacing with others to create positive change in public policy.

This may be slightly off topic. I don't care. It needs attention. Shame on you, Duke, for not having taken this down yet.
